INSIDE SCOPE
The record can
- Organise photos and videos supplied for a named business enquiry
- Record visible product markings and the sealed format shown
- Describe observable packaging features at a cited location
- Identify requested views that are absent or unclear
- Preserve capture, receipt and review dates when those dates are supplied
- Keep unresolved buyer questions attached to the review file
OUTSIDE SCOPE
The record cannot
- Authenticate a product or certify that it is genuine
- Certify that an item is unopened, untampered or free of alteration
- Confirm contents beneath sealed packaging
- Assign a professional grade, value or investment status
- Establish ownership, provenance, title or legal status
- Confirm price, availability, reservation or future condition
- Replace an independent physical inspection
